Our history
Established for more than 20 years in the heart of Poitou-Charentes, we are specialized in the production of organic amendments and fertilizers formulated from animal and vegetable matter. Our formulations come in two forms: composts and plugs.
We offer not only products, but also consulting services to optimize the yields and quality of our customers' productions.
Supported by Akiolis
Supported by Akiolis, in 2013 we launched a new pellet manufacturing unit to complement our composting business. A new plant,opened in June with a production capacity of 32,000 tons of pellets per year, it is fully automated.
Thanks to the contribution of animal raw materials from Akiolis, we are able to offer products with a high concentration of nitrogen, particularly appreciated in organic farming.

Our expertise covers all flows, from Upstream to Downstream: selection and collection of materials, preparation of composts and corks, transport and delivery to our customers.

Innovation
Tessenderlo Group has a state-of-the-art R&D center in Belgium. We take advantage of this facility and the skills of the laboratory to improve the formulation and the physical and agronomic qualities of our finished products.
Sustainability at the core of our business
Taking the environment into account is part of our DNA. Our very activity is part of a circular economy logic since we valorize animal and plant by-products from agricultural and agri-food activities into organic fertilizers.
Beyond this contribution to sustainable agricultural development, we work to limit the impact of our various processes on the environment and to produce renewable energy.
